Meet Our Team

Dr. Browning limits his practice of veterinary medicine to small animals with a particular interest in surgery. With the limited time he spends outside the office, he enjoys golf, poker, and following the Virginia Tech Hokies. He is the proud father of Alexis and Austin. He and Dr. Taylor have a constantly changing household of animals including numerous cats and 3 dogs.


With the help of his wife, Dr. Telenko completed his bachelor’s in science at University of North Carolina at Charlotte and then his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University. Shortly after moving back to North Carolina in June 2021, his wife gave birth to their son and he began working in emergency medicine in September 2021. Dr. Telenko’s professional interests include soft tissue surgery, emergency & critical care, parasitology, and zoonotic and infectious diseases.
Dr. Telenko’s enjoys fishing, gardening, doing normal everyday activities with his wife and son, and, of course, music!

Driven by a passion for high-quality veterinary medicine and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets, Dr. Palermo and his family made the move to North Carolina to put down roots and continue his work in a community-focused setting. His calm, knowledgeable approach and genuine care for animals make him a trusted provider and an essential part of our hospital team.

Before pursuing her lifelong passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Grandy spent three years working as a Pharmaceutical Engineer. She later earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn University. Her wide-ranging veterinary interests include care for small animals, large animals, and exotics, with a special enthusiasm for surgery.
Dr. Grandy values the close-knit nature of small-town medicine and is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and their pets. She has a particular soft spot for senior animals and shares her home with a lively crew of pets of all ages.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Grandy is an avid traveler who has visited all 50 U.S. states and lived abroad. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and baking in her spare time.





Toni is married to her husband Richie and is the proud mother of twins, Austin and Haley. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors. A devoted animal lover, Toni shares her home with her dogs, Dodger and Murphy, as well as a lively group of cats. Her dedication, warmth, and years of experience make her a trusted and valued member of our team.





Reese shares her home with her beloved lab mix, Azora, and is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter. In her free time, she enjoys making memories with her family and friends. With her warm heart and unwavering drive, Reese continues to grow in her career and provide exceptional care to the patients and clients she serves.



Outside of work, Taylor is a proud mom to Bristol and a loving bonus mom to Hadleigh. She shares her home with three energetic dogs—Lilly, Tito, and Whiskey—and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. On weekends, she’s often found at the track, cheering on her fiancé Austin as he races dirt bikes. Taylor’s warm personality and deep love for animals are at the heart of everything she does.

Engaged to her fiancé Tyler, Madison enjoys a busy life outside of work surrounded by a wide variety of animals, including beloved farm animals she adores spending time with. Her genuine love for animals, combined with her enthusiasm and dedication, make her an asset to our team and a comforting presence for both pets and their owners.

Outside of work, LeAnna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she’s happiest when surrounded by her beloved animals—including dogs, cats, chickens, a turtle, and even squirrels. A true lover of summertime, she takes every opportunity to be outdoors, soaking up the sunshine and nature. LeAnna’s love for animals and people alike makes her an essential part of our team and a friendly face our clients know and trust.
